- Hotel Accommodation is a shared room for 4 persons. Extra cost is added for single room.
Not include:
- 15% HST (PEI)
- All meals & meal expenses during the itinerary
- Driver & tour guide service fee $20.00CAD/person/day
- Personal selected activities except scenic spot tickets
- Personal travel insurance for passengers
- Additional expenses incurred by passengers due to personal reasons
- All expenses after leaving the group
- Hotel accommodation expenses incurred by passengers arriving one day earlier or leaving one day later
- Extra hotel service apart from the standard room rate
Cancellation Rules
Travel Insurance (cost: $150.00/person travel insurance when registering for the tour)
- Full refund for insurance cancellations within 14 days after date of purchase & over 45 days before the tour starts
- No refund after 14 days after tour purchase
Tour Cancellation:
- Full refund for cancellations over 45 days before the tour starts,
- Half refund for cancellations within 30 days before the tour starts
- No refund for cancellations within 15 days before the tour starts
Tour rescheduling:
- Free rescheduling over 45 days before the tour starts
- A fee of $200.00 per person for rescheduling within 30 days before the tour starts
- No rescheduling within 15 days before the tour starts
